Domain

The domain Louder-Now.net was registered 27th August, 2007 and it's my first personal domain.

I wanted to have my own domain since I got interested in international fanlistings, that is since October 2006. Therfore I decided to join five other girls from a small forum at Paper-Gardens.net. I spent there a wonderful year and I experienced maintaining fanlisting and collective at my own server. But then I realized that I wanted something that's only mine with my own name, place which I wouldn't have to share with others and where I could do whatever I wanted and not be afraid I could break down or delete someone else's files.

I had no idea for the name so I looked for it into My Chemical Romance's songs< since it's it used to be my favorite band of that time. Lack of ideas then turned into loads of ideas. I chose a few which sounded good. But the one I really wanted to, I was almost desperate to get it was already registered. So I needed to find something else, which wasn't easy.

I wanted a domain that showed my strong attachment to music, so next time I looked for the name in my music files list. And finally found Louder Now which is the title of Taking Back Sunday's latest album. To be honest, I'm not (and was not) into this band, I heard a lot about them before and downloaded a few songs (their albums aren't available in Poland) but never listened to them. When I downloaded whole Louder Now album I figured out it's simply great (well, now I don't listen to them anymore, but still like my domain name and don't want to change it).
